Hammers & Holders

Our drop forged, cast and profile cut hammers and holders are specifically designed for high ductility and excellent wear.

• Forged hammers are extremely strong, excellent wearing and exhibit excellent conformity in weight and balance.
• ATC GROUP drop forged and investment cast hammers/holders are made from high alloy heat treated steel.
• We make holders for all types of grinders, forest mulchers, groomers and shredders.
• On request we can ATC overlay the holders to minimise wear.  We then reheat treat the holder to ensure the structural integrity of the steel has not been compromised.
• We also make custom holder/insert combinations . We often do this when the OEM insert/hammer combination is not up to harsh Australian conditions resulting in tip loss. Read more about our custom holder/insert combos.
